You so rock, Tascha.

I was looking forward to a new art video, but I'm not going to argue with saving wounded animals.

Beautifully done.

I'm a rescuer of wounded critters, myself. It's a noble reason to skip making an art video, and honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way.

Hello Tascha!
I was so touched by your "Save the Pigeon" video! What a Beautiful thing to do! Poor Birdie! I myself rescue animals and birds (sometimes I think they just know I'm here to save them, at least that is what my husband thinks!) As a previous owner of 25 Oriental Tumblers (a Type of Pigeon), I just can't say how touched I really am - What an Amazing thing to do Tascha - Good for you!!! The art video can wait - I think you should paint a Pigeon Angel :)

You are so sweet--and I can totally relate to the bird saving efforts. My daughter is the bird saving queen! Just last week she had a little robin she was keeping warm until she found its nest!

Thanks for sharing a touching story!

Good story Tascha...you are so fun to watch. I have a funny story about trying to save a bat that was stuck to sticky fly tape..but we'll just have to save that for another day...blessings,
Jane

You will reap your blessings for this unselfsih and loving act.

Ha! I just spent probably $10.00 in gas to take a baby duck to a local wildlife refuge....sadly his little story doesn't have the happy ending yours had but I, like you, couldn't sit by and let it suffer. If everyone was like this the world would be a much better place:)
Good job Tascha!

I was trying to figure out why the pigeon was walking. I guess it must have been injured before it set out on it's harrowing journey.
Well done. I don't like picking up birds either.

I'm an animal rescuer too. Dogs, bunny, birds. I'm so glad you saved the pigeon. The Humane Society is such a wonderful organization. The pigeon is in good hands.

I get tense when I see ducks or geese trying to cross the road. We stop the car and make sure they get safely across. Like you, I can't stand to see an animal suffer.

Good work Tascha!

The Toronto Humaine Society is great. They do great work. When I lived in Toronto we got a puppy there.

Down here on the Gulf Coast people just drop their unwanted animals out in the country (a lot on our road actually)...nice eh? We have 4 dogs and 3 cats now (4 of which are foundlings).. down from a much larger population.
