You so rock, Tascha.I was looking forward to a new art video, but I'm not going to argue with saving wounded animals. Beautifully done.-kitty
Oh, Tascha... I just love you both for doing that :) ... Donna
I'm a rescuer of wounded critters, myself. It's a noble reason to skip making an art video, and honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way. "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." - Mahatma GandhiKind souls like you make the world a sweeter place. -Marie
Such a lovely thing to do Tascha ...oooo now you'll go to heaven (When the time comes of course) on the wings of pigeons... (oooo l feel a painting bubbling up in yOu!) X:-) Vicki x(Ps) Me l'll be on seagull's wings and not the beautiful Rosella wings that my naughty pussy cat devoured not long ago! (Grrrr!) Still loving your aRt x
Hello Tascha!I was so touched by your "Save the Pigeon" video! What a Beautiful thing to do! Poor Birdie! I myself rescue animals and birds (sometimes I think they just know I'm here to save them, at least that is what my husband thinks!) As a previous owner of 25 Oriental Tumblers (a Type of Pigeon), I just can't say how touched I really am - What an Amazing thing to do Tascha - Good for you!!! The art video can wait - I think you should paint a Pigeon Angel :)-Nicole:)
You are so sweet--and I can totally relate to the bird saving efforts. My daughter is the bird saving queen! Just last week she had a little robin she was keeping warm until she found its nest! Thanks for sharing a touching story!Apryl
Good story Tascha...you are so fun to watch. I have a funny story about trying to save a bat that was stuck to sticky fly tape..but we'll just have to save that for another day...blessings, Jane
Tascha if the pigeon could talk He would say"thanks for saving my life Tascha" You were there at just the right time, well done!
YAY! Tasha, you and Morgan rock! Wish there were more people like you guys around to make the world a better place.
I love you for doing that!! last weekend we went to a bike race and some baby birds fell into a sewer and they delay the race to save them! I was so relieve by that. You will reap your blessings for this unselfsih and loving act.Adri xoxo
Ha! I just spent probably $10.00 in gas to take a baby duck to a local wildlife refuge....sadly his little story doesn't have the happy ending yours had but I, like you, couldn't sit by and let it suffer. If everyone was like this the world would be a much better place:)Good job Tascha!
yipppeeee!!! You guys are the sweetest!!!! Thank you for saving the little pigeon:):):) xoxo...jenn
thanks for dropping by Tascha! I hope little birdie has a speedy recovery and will look forward to your next outdoor shoot!!! Best. Dee.
I LOVE your videos Tasha, and your art too~ but your videos make your blog so personal and so much FUN to come and relax with. I am so PROUD of you saving the wee pigeon, we are the keepers of God's animals and your kindness will in no doubt be returned to you & Morgan ten fold~ WELL DONE!
you are so sweet! just like your beautiful art!
I was trying to figure out why the pigeon was walking. I guess it must have been injured before it set out on it's harrowing journey.Well done. I don't like picking up birds either. xox Shelagh
I would have done the same thing! So I forgive you for not making an art video...because, you know...birds of a feather must stick togehter!!! Hahaha! Peace & Love.
You and your friend are angels. Thank you for adding positive energy to the world.
You are remarkable - thanks for being such a wonderful You!
I'm an animal rescuer too. Dogs, bunny, birds. I'm so glad you saved the pigeon. The Humane Society is such a wonderful organization. The pigeon is in good hands.I get tense when I see ducks or geese trying to cross the road. We stop the car and make sure they get safely across. Like you, I can't stand to see an animal suffer.Good work Tascha!
The Toronto Humaine Society is great. They do great work. When I lived in Toronto we got a puppy there. Down here on the Gulf Coast people just drop their unwanted animals out in the country (a lot on our road actually)...nice eh? We have 4 dogs and 3 cats now (4 of which are foundlings).. down from a much larger population.
