How was everyone's holiday?
I spent my weekend looking at condos. I hesitated again, and lost out again! :(
Who would guess that condos sell within one day of going on the market?
I like time to think about such a big purchase...I guess I'm one of the few who do.

Summer is in the air!

Today was just like a beautiful summer day! It was warm and OH SO SUNNY! Perfect inspiration for the "Summer Fairy"!
I spent most of the day looking a condo. I just might put in another offer :P

ELEPHANT LOVE

Hello beautiful people! This last weekend was Victoria Day weekend here in Canada. I spent my holiday cleaning and organizing art supplies.
The other day I saw a video on the news of a baby elephant that was just born. It was so sweet! He was trying to walk right away. Isn't that amazing? How some animals just get right up on their feet just as soon as they are born!
I couldn't find the video to show you, but I did find this video of an elephant painting a portrait of another elephant! Don't believe me? Check out the video. It is amazing!!!

Big Frida painting and new doll!

Little miss dollie is under the big sky~



Last night I made this little dollie. I thought she'd enjoy getting photographed with my landscape painting before I ship it off to it's new home. She has quite a stance on her! She's ready for anything!



Then I finished this large Frida painting, measuring 20x16 inches. She has beautiful soft tones. A black cat is always stylish :)

Both the doll and the painting will be listed on etsy later tonight.

The sun is shining and I'm off to the post office.
