PEROGIES

There is nothing better on a cold winter day like this, than a nice plate of perogies! I found this recipe on the web that looks good! I may have to try it....or just use the frozen perogies like I usually do :) I just love them fried with some sour cream on the side. YUMMY!

How is everyone's Thursday going?
It was another chilly day here. I did my usual post office run, and stopped by Chapter's (a Canadian book store chain, similar to Barnes and Noble) looking for the STUFFED magazine that I'm in. Nope...not there. I hope they do get it. I can't wait to see it on the shelf. Maybe they are just a little late here in Canada. Has anyone else seen it in the stores?
I'm almost done loading the photos from 2008 in my flickr account. I want to get it up to date so that I can load new fresh paintings as they become available. Soon, soon I shall have it all done :)
Here is my newest painting BALLOON RIDE. Wouldn't you love to just float up into the sky and drift around above the trees?

Drying her kerchiefs, and the WINNER of the doll!

Today Little Lizzy is doing her laundry. As you can see, she has a lot of kerchiefs to wash!

Opie turns 2 years old!

As you may know, Morgan & I adopted Opie 2 years ago saving him from a cruel breeder. Opie was a very sick little kitten who needed around the clock care and feedings. He spent a week in intensive care at the vet. The vet wasn't sure he'd make it. But he did! Today he is the strongest, healthiest cat I've ever seen. He is the most loving too.
I put together some pictures of him in this video to celebrate his birthday.
