Well, I did it. I caved. I ate candy. I went for 4 months without candy. I was doing so well, but everyday I passed the Halloween candy section I was tempted. Today I bought a bag of Tootsie Rolls. I think I've ate about 20 of them :( Now I feel gross from eating so much sugar. I think I have learned my lesson. I'm back on the no candy diet. So here is something sweet that won't raise your insulin levels :)
