Opie the wondercat!

HI Everyone!
Sorry it's been a while. Opie the wondercat has been hogging the computer. I catch him surfing the web for cat toys. Lily is his partner in crime. She's not as computer savvy so she sits on the side lines and makes requests for cat nip orders.

In the meantime, I've been adding some new paintings up for auctions on ebay.

Here is my newest favorite:

Frida with two black cats. It's a LARGE one at 16 by 20 inches.

Talk to you all soon, as long as Opie gives me a minute to get on here to do so!
HUGS!

  4. Hi Tascha,
do you know the novel "Felidae"
    It´s a great cat- crime-story.
After reading you are absolutly informed about your cts secret life including reading, computering and so on.
The book is by Akif Pirincci and really good fun.
    Have a nice week

  5. She's gorgeous, Tascha! I bought the latest issue of Artful Blogging and saw the lovely spread of your artwork. The one I bought from you was in there. You wrote so eloquently. Your art is bright and cheerful and sweet. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
    Hugs,

  6. I LOVE this painting! The simplicity of it and yet the impact of the colors and shapes. Wow! I especially love the shape of the cats in her arms. Just beautiful.

  9. Thanks everyone!
Opie and Lily are Siamese cats. Opie is a flame point and Lily is a seal point. (Opie was named after Ron Howard from the Andy Griffin show)

  12. Love your new artwork...and I have the same problem with my pup, Jackson. He tends to hog my computer...and when he wants to go outside..he just pulls my laptop down so I can see him. Our animals are rather smart aren't they??

  13. What a character that Opie. My kitties raid the studio at night and in the morning my kitchen is covered in assorted yarns.
The painting is a real beauty!

  14. Tascha...lovely work as usual and congrats on the square foot show.
Can I ask you, where do you get your prints done and do you scan large canvasses (ie how would you do a print of a 12x16 canvas?)
