Mail Me Art Project

A little while ago I took part in the "Mail Me Art Project".
It's a cool project where artists mail in an envelope that IS the art. The art is on the outside! I always have loved to dress up letters and packages. Although, when I send out my artwork to buyers I usually forgo the artistry on the packaging because I don't want anything to slow down the packages arrival through the post office :) I leave all the fun stuff for the inside in those packages.

I decided I'd make my envelope a painting of Little Red Riding Hood with Mr. Wolf. They are holding up a sign with the mailing address on it :) I thought it was pretty cool when they chose my art to use in a blog post about the event. You can see it HERE.

Everyone's envelope art is going to be shown in an art show in London England. You can keep up with the festivities on their facebook page.

I have my fingers crossed that they will add mine to the MAIL ME ART BOOK. I will keep you posted if they do!

HUGS TO ALL!

New prints! Some on wood too!

You guys are the best! I love each and every comment I read from you all.
(((hugs)))
I just wanted to let you know that I have added some new prints to my etsy shop. Some of my older prints will be phased out. I won't be reprinting some of the older designs, so get those while you can if there are some you've had your eye on. I have been adding brand new designs quite regularly. If you have missed out on a painting of mine you might be able to get it in print form.

I have also added SUPER CUTE mini wood prints! I really love them. Cute and small like little cookies :)

Wishing you all a sun-shiny weekend!

Check out my etsy shop for these items.

Come on Spring!

Remember a little while ago I thought Spring had sprung....and then it snowed? Well this time I think Spring is on it's way.
I am looking forward to going out without my big winter coat.
This is my newest painting. A spring time fairy. She is flying around planting seeds for Spring time flowers to bloom.

Spring time fairy is up for grabs on ebay.
