Urban Landscape

Hello beautiful people!
I'm still on my quest for the perfect condo in this concrete jungle :)
I think I had found it a couple of weeks ago, hesitated...and lost :(
I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Tonight I think I will work on some new dolls.

How is everyone today? Did you watch American Idol tonight? It's getting right down to the wire!
In celebration of cinco de mayo, I have a very colorful Frida painting to show you.
I love the rough paint strokes on her top and her (bigger than I normally do) hands.
As always Modigliani was a big inspiration on this one.

SUNNY SUNDAY!~

OH what a beautiful day! I got up REEEEALLLLLY early and painted this sunny landscape painting today.
It is a nice 20 x 16 inch size with THICK 1 1/2 inch sides. I think I will be listing it on ebay

Also, I have the brooches ready! YAY!
Four different styles to choose from. They will be in my etsy shop later today also.






Now there is still enough time in the day for me to get out and enjoy the sun shine!

YAY! It's Friday! Do you have any special plans this weekend? I hope the weather stays nice so that I can go out and enjoy the fresh air.

I just listed a new frida painting on ebay. She has a bright red tulip and a chihuahua puppy! How lucky is she?!!!
I think I might be making some new metal cameo brooches this weekend. I will let you know when they are ready.
